In our 10 years of business, we are lucky to have supplied so many varied orders for our customers around the world and we hope that our hundreds of thousands of orders dispatched – including over 94, 000 sales on Etsy alone – mean that you can be confident in choosing Literary Emporium for your bookish gifts!
With an average review of 4.8 stars out of 5 on our Etsy store, we take pride in being labelled a ‘Rave Review’ store – with over over 21, 000 positive reviews. Specifically, customers have praised the quality of our designs, the speed of our deliveries, the quality and robustness of our packaging, our seller communication, the uniqueness and variety of our literary gifts, our reliability as an online store and the beautiful designs of our products.
Most importantly a recurring theme of reviews is how customers would recommend Literary Emporium to their friends and family for their book lover and gifting needs. We can see from our store data that around 20% of our orders come from previous and existing customers – with many of these kindly trusting us through repeated orders to our store. We really appreciate and are so thankful to such support from our community of customers and our business relies on such orders. Until recently, customers have only been able to leave reviews on our Etsy store but we have now launched a new customer review feature here on on our website allowing customers to give feedback on our products and help improve our customer experience for all book lovers. You will notice on each product page that there is a ‘Star’ review system plus a comments box to receive feedback – hopefully positive – for each of our Literary Emporium products.
